I’m Julia. This is my site, where I write through my anxiety as a clueless twenty-something living in Paris. I don’t know what I'm doing, and I don’t pretend otherwise.

I made this thing in 2017, upon graduating from Rhodes College in Tennessee and realizing I wouldn’t have professors to read my papers anymore. So I decided to foist my writing on the internet instead. Lucky you.

To my friends and family who are reading this to support me, thank you so much. To any strangers who found their way here, thank you and please stay forever. I'll be writing about post-grad reality, cooking, faking adulthood, a bit roller derby, and expat life as I teach English and train for the CAP Cuisine in France.
